The King’s Bar Package (Tier 3) delivers a refined experience. Ideal for high-end weddings and corporate galas, this package moves beyond the basics to offer professional service,
real glassware, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and elevated beverage elements.This package is designed for
up to 100 guests. You provide the alcohol—we handle the rest, ensuring a seamless, high-touch service.
What’s Included
- Professional Staffing:
- 1 Professional Bartender (up to 5 hours, ending by 10:00 PM).
- 1 Barback: Essential for keeping the bar stocked, clean, and flowing efficiently.
- Glassware: Real glassware provided for cocktails and wine (no plastic).
- Menu Design: Custom-crafted cocktail menu (3–4 cocktails), tailored to your preferences.
Mixers & Bar Essentials
We provide a comprehensive setup to ensure quality drinks:
- All mixers for your selected cocktails.
- Full Garnish Program: Includes fresh citrus (lime, lemon, orange), herbs, specialty garnishes, salts, sugars, and dehydrated fruit (menu-dependent).
- Black beverage napkins and straws.
- Ice for full bar service and coolers for drink prep/beer storage.
- Bottled water provided at the bar during the final hour of service.
Elevated Non-Alcoholic Station
Included for the full duration of the event, designed as a clean, polished self-serve station for all guests:
- Three Styled Drink Dispensers:
- Option A: Two seasonal infused waters + fresh water.
- Option B: Water, unsweet tea, sweet tea, or lemonade.
- Disposable cups provided for this station.
Cocktail Menu Approach
We provide all mixers, garnish, glassware, and full bar setup. You simply tell us which spirits you plan to provide, and we’ll design the cocktail menu around them. Popular bases include Tequila, Vodka, Gin, or Whiskey.
Note: Alcohol must be provided by the client. We can connect you with our preferred vendor for estimates and
free delivery of cold beer when working with our team.
Insurance & Policies
- Insurance: We carry Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance. Certificates available upon request.
- Gratuity: Not included.
- Minors: We strictly do not serve minors.
- Capacity: We intentionally limit bookings to 2–3 bar events per day to maintain quality. If your date is full, we will refund you immediately.
Optional Add-Ons

- Margarita Machine: $199
- Additional Bartender: $250 (Recommended for complex menus or higher guest counts)
Late-Night Service Add-On
Standard service is included up to
10:00 PM. Late-night service must be requested in advance and is subject to staff availability.
- 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: $50 per additional hour (per bartender).
- After 12:00 AM: $75 per additional hour (per bartender).
- Travel fee applies to events more than 35 miles from our location.
