Fancy Bar Package. All you do is let us know your 3 preferred spirits and we will work on the rest!  You relax and enjoy!

Liquor liability insurance

1 Bartender service for up to 6hrs. (Includes setup and breakdown time)

1 Bar table if needed

1 Margarita machine    (take off $150 if you would like to leave out the margarita machine)

Margarita cups

bar menu (2-3 fancy cocktails, beer, wine). Alcohol is not included. 

1 cooler for the beer if needed

Ice for the bar only

Glassware (25 wine glasses, 25 whiskey glasses,  25 beverage glasses  ) and disposable  Gold or Silver Rimmed Plastic  Cups

Fruit garnish

Mixers for your drinks

sugar/salt/ chili powder if needed

Stirs  

Non-alcoholic small table: water for the duration of the bar, 4′ table, spandex black cover, 1 drink dispenser, generic plastic cups, 1 drink tub. The client supplies bottles of water and/ or sodas if desired.

Items arrive 45min prior to start serving time and items leave with the bartender.

                                                             **Additional Information:**

– **Bartender’s Gratuity**: Gratuity not included. Bartenders average $350 per event, a portion from the client about $150-$180, and the rest from guest tips.

 **Traveling Fee**: Applies for events over 30 miles from our base location.

– **Client’s Responsibilities**: Provide alcohol

– **Customized Service**: We’ll send you a questionnaire once you’ve booked to ensure we come prepared to your event. 

– **Time Flexibility**: Final time confirmed two weeks prior. Extra hours are available at $80+ per hour after 12am $100 per hour.

– **Note**: Kids, and minors are important to us therefore No drinks are served to kids/minors at the bar to keep them at bay. We kindly ask that you set up a separate station for non-alcoholic beverages. Your Event Assistants will handle the non-alcoholic drinks if you opt for this service. 

                                             **Optional Add-Ons:**

– **Insurance Venue Name Addition**: An additional $75 if venue name addition is needed.

– **Glassware**: unlimited 3-4  types for up to 100 guests at $299. Bar back is required for an additional $200
