Do you deliver party rentals in Austin, TX?

Yes — we deliver, set up, and break down rentals throughout the Austin metro area, including Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Kyle, Buda, and Hutto. Delivery fees vary by zone and distance. Visit our Delivery & Pickup page for details.

Can I pick up my rental items instead of paying for delivery?

Absolutely. We offer pickup at our Austin showroom (by appointment, Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM). It’s a great option for smaller orders or if your venue is close to us.

How far in advance should I book my event rentals in Austin?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for standard rentals, and 6–8 weeks for peak season (spring and fall) or large events like weddings and quinceañeras. Some items, like the margarita machine and dance floor, book out quickly.

What is your damage deposit policy?

A damage deposit is required and is due 4 business days before your event date. The deposit is returned after inspection of returned items. Details are outlined in our Rental Agreement.

Can I add or change items after booking?

Yes, in most cases. We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute additions or swaps, subject to availability.
