Absolutely. We offer pickup at our Austin showroom (by appointment, Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM). It’s a great option for smaller orders or if your venue is close to us.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for standard rentals, and 6–8 weeks for peak season (spring and fall) or large events like weddings and quinceañeras. Some items, like the margarita machine and dance floor, book out quickly.
A damage deposit is required and is due 4 business days before your event date. The deposit is returned after inspection of returned items. Details are outlined in our Rental Agreement.
Yes, in most cases. We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute additions or swaps, subject to availability.
