We Provide

A sterling & professional team of event assistants that work on assuring that your event and its guests are treated like royalty. Please connect with us to discuss your event needs.

Below is a list of the basic duties performed by our team:

  • A complete service from start to finish.
  • Minimum hours 7-8. It is based on guest count.
  • A sterling & professional team of event assistants that work on assuring that your event and its guests are treated like royalty.
  • Assist with set-up of decor
  • Food prep
  • Beverage replenishment (Non-alcoholic)
  • Bussing tables (plates, cups, napkins, etc..)
  • Attend to guests’ needs
  • Removal of trash throughout the event
  • Cake cutting and distribution
  • Help with send-off item distribution (bubbles, sparklers, etc)
  • Event breakdown & packing

NOTE: Event set-up & breakdown does not include chair, table setup, or chair, table breakdown. Unless the customer has paid for this service. Please refer to the invoice to ensure we have added this additional service if needed.
