This package is ideal for weddings, quinceañeras, backyard parties, corporate events, graduations, and private celebrations. It includes a commercial-grade tent, guest seating, tables, and climate options, giving you everything needed for a successful event in one convenient package.
What This Package Includes
- 2-30′ x 30′ to form a 30’x60′ coverage. Commercial-Grade Tent with professional installation and teardown
- 100 Basic White Chairs
- Guest Tables for up to 100ppl (choice of 60″ round or 6ft rectangular tables) pick a diagram
- Plastic Covers (Round Table 84″ top coverage)
- 3- 6ft Rectangular Tables
- 3 Black Spandex Table Covers for the rec tables
- 2 Climate Units (choice of two 6ft tall fans or two electrical heaters) Propane/Fans: Bring your own propane or cords, or add them to your order.
- 2 lawn games (Cornhole, Giant Connect 4, or Ring Toss) Selection is based on availability

Rental Day, Delivery, Pickup & Return Schedule
Delivery Window: Event day between 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
(Earlier delivery or day-before setup may be available upon request and based on availability.)
Pickup Window:
Pickups are scheduled based on our route and business needs. Standard pickups occur on Monday or Tuesday between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
(Sunday pickups may occur only depending on business needs.)Important Notes:- Tent installation and teardown must be performed by the Mimi’s Party Palace team.
- Removing items from this package will not reduce the package price.
- This is a one-day rental.
- Do not book online until availability is confirmed.
Optional Add-Ons
Tent Walls – $125 per wall (includes installation and teardown)
Strand Lighting – $99 per strand (includes installation; 4-6 strands recommended for this tent size)
Setup & Teardown of All MPP Rentals in This Package
If you prefer a fully hands-off experience, we offer complete setup of all MPP rental items included in this package.
