Planning a large event for 100 guests does not have to feel overwhelming. Our 30′ x 60′ Tent Package gives you a complete outdoor event setup in one convenient package, making it a great option for weddings, graduations, quinceañeras, corporate events, and private parties.This package includes professional tent installation and teardown by the Mimi’s Party Palace team, along with seating, tables, and a few extra touches to help pull your event together.

Tent pricing listed is for standard grass installation. If the tent will
not be going on grass, we will need
details, a picture, and a short video clip of the setup area so we can determine what is needed for installation, including whether barrels or other anchoring methods may be required. Additional charges may apply depending on the setup surface and installation needs.

- 2 Climate Units
Choice of two fans or two heaters.
For heaters: propane tank rents separately, or you may provide your own. - 2 Lawn Games
Choice of Cornhole, Giant Connect 4, or Ring Toss, based on availability
Delivery & Pickup Information
Delivery is
not included in the package price. Delivery and pickup rates depend on distance, accessibility, route scheduling, and overall order size. Please contact us before booking for an accurate quote.
Rental Day, Delivery & Pickup Schedule
- Delivery Window: Event day between 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Pickup Window: Monday or Tuesday between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sunday pickup may be possible depending on business needs
Earlier delivery, day-before setup, or special timing requests may be available for an additional fee and based on availability.
Important Notes
- Tent installation and teardown must be completed by the Mimi’s Party Palace team
- Package pricing is based on standard grass installation
- If setup is on gravel, concrete, asphalt, turf, or another surface, please send details, a picture, and a short video clip before booking
- Removing items from the package does not reduce the package price
- This is a one-day rental
- Please do not book online until availability is confirmed

4–6 strands are typically recommended for this tent size
