• 30′ x 30′ Commercial-Grade Tent: Accommodates up to 90 guests seated. Includes full installation and breakdown.
• 100 Basic White Chairs: Classic and comfortable seating for your event.
• Tables: Choice of round or rectangular tables for up to 100 guests.
• Table Covers: Plastic covers for round tables (84″ – top coverage only).
• Food & Utility Tables: (3) Rectangular tables with black spandex covers.
• Climate Control: (2) 6′ Tall Fans or Electrical Heaters.
• Entertainment: (2) Lawn Games – Choose from ring toss, cornhole, or giant Connect 4.

Delivery & Pickup: Included for locations within 15 miles of our facility. If your event is beyond this radius, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

Customization Available: While you may remove items from this package, the price will remain unchanged. If you need a different setup, we recommend building your own cart with our à la carte options.

Rental Details: This is a one-day rental. Standard delivery occurs between 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM on the event day. If you require an earlier setup or delivery on the prior day, please contact us for availability and a personalized quote.
