Host a stylish outdoor event with the Duke & Duchess Party Package for 50 guests. A step above our basic package, this option includes upgraded seating, tables, climate control, and elegant extras to ensure a smooth and elegant gathering.

Package Includes:

  • 20′ x 30′ Commercial-Grade Tent: Professionally installed on grass, with breakdown included.
  • 50 Chairs: Elegant white chairs for guest seating.
  • Tables: Round or rectangular tables to seat up to 50 guests.
  • Tablecloths: Elegant linens for all guest tables.
  • 2 Catering Tables: 8′ tables with black spandex covers.
  • 1 Additional 6′ Table: With black spandex cover (ideal for gifts or serving).
  • 2 Lawn Games: Cornhole and Giant Jenga for guest entertainment.
  • 1 Bouncy House: Great for kids or adding extra fun to your event.
  • 2 Beverage Dispensers or Drink Buckets: Convenient options for serving drinks.
  • 2 Commercial-Grade Fans: 5-6′ fans with optional misting feature for added comfort.
  • Lighting: String lights installed on the tent for evening ambiance.
  • 1 Cake Stand: Elegant display stand for your cake.
  • 1 Small Cake Table: Dedicated space for showcasing your cake.

Delivery & Pickup Information:

  • Included Service: Basic delivery and pickup are included if the location is within 15 miles of our base.
  • Delivery Timing: Items will be delivered on your rental day, anytime between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
  • Pickup Options:
    • Standard: Pickups are scheduled for Monday or Tuesday between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
    • Alternative: Pickup may occur the day after the event, depending on our business needs.
  • Beyond 15 Miles: For delivery & pickup beyond 15 miles of our location, please email us your address for a custom quote.
  • Need Different Timing? Contact us with your preferred schedule. We’re happy to review your request and try to accommodate.

Optional Upgrades:

  • Add mist to fan – $25
  • Tent walls – $49 per side (tents have 4 sides total)
  • String lights – $49 each (includes installation; 2 recommended for this tent size)
  • Setup of all MPP rentals – $199
  • Breakdown of all MPP rentals – $199
  • Installation on non-grass surfaces – $120 (concrete, pavement, turf, etc.)
  • 6 Chinese lanterns (hanging from tent) – $35 (includes installation)

Delivery & Pickup Add-On Options:

  • VIP Delivery (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM): +$45
  • Priority Delivery (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM): +$25
  • Prior-Day Delivery (6:30 PM – 8:00 PM): Starting at $99 (requires prior approval)
  • Same-Night Pickup: Please inquire and send your desired time (pre-approval required; rate varies by time and distance)
