Description

Raise the bar at your event with our 7-Hour Bartender Service, designed to offer a smooth, fun, and professional beverage experience for your guests. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate function, or private party, our TABC-certified bartenders come prepared, fully insured ($2M liquor liability), and ready to serve with friendliness and expertise.

We arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled serving time to set up and stay after to break down the bar area exactly as we found it—no stress, no mess. Our team is reliable, kind, and focused on delivering high-quality service you and your guests will love.

Optional add-ons to customize your bar experience:

  • Full Bar Setup (Excludes Alcohol): $220 – Includes all tools, ice, mixers, coolers, garnishes, and more
  • Drinks Station: $150 – Includes cups, table (if needed), 3 drink dispensers, sweet tea, unsweet tea, water, buckets, and tablecloth
  • Glassware Rental: $380 – Three types of glassware for up to 100 guests
  • Venue Insurance Addition: $75 – If your venue requires to be named on our insurance
  • Travel Fee: Applies for events over 35 miles from our base

Please include in your cart notes: start time, stop time, drink menu, and event address. Once booked, we’ll send you a short questionnaire so we can come fully prepared to serve you and your guests.

Select your event date and add the service to your cart. In the notes, please include your drink menu, service start and stop times, and the event address. We’ll follow up with a short list of questions to customize your service.

  • Duration: 7 hours of bartending service
  • Staff: 1 bartender for up to 100–120 guests (depending on menu)
  • Certification: TABC certified & insured for $2M liquor liability
  • Arrival: 30 minutes before serving time
  • Setup & Breakdown: We bring our tools and restore the bar area afterward
  • Attire: Black Mimi’s Party Palace T-shirt with black dress pants or shorts
  • Client Provides: Alcohol, mixers, cups, ice, table, ice chest (optional: straws, napkins, garnish)
  • Note: Gratuity is not included. Extra hours are $80+ (arranged directly with bartender)
