To finalize your rental, we require a credit card on file for damages.
This is separate from your rental payment.
Why A Card on File?
Keeping a card on file ensures coverage for any damage, loss, or failure to follow rental guidelines.
It’s a standard part of our rental process and helps us continue providing high-quality, well-maintained inventory for all our clients.
Due Date
You must contact us to provide your card information at least 4 business days before your rental date.
If we do not have a card on file by the deadline, we may not be able to release your items.
Do Not Arrive Without Instructions
Pickup and drop-off instructions are sent only after we have your card on file.
Please do not arrive until you have received these instructions from us.
We also require the name, phone number, and email of the person picking up the rental items.
