Stay Details & Policies

• Capacity: The cabin rate covers up to 2 adults. A 3rd or 4th adult may be allowed with prior approval only and for an additional fee of $50 USD per person, per stay (up to 4 nights).
• Check-in: After 1:00 PM. Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance for an additional fee (subject to availability).
• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Events on Property: Our private barn may occasionally host small events (approx. 6-8 per year). Event guests use separate outdoor restrooms; your cabin and private bathroom remain 100% exclusive to you at all times.
• Damage Security Deposit: A $300 refundable damage security deposit is required for all stays. You may also leave a card on file instead of sending the deposit.
