Micro Wedding Packages at Mimi’s Private Barn


Up to 50 Guests — 5-Hour Rental

Enjoy an intimate micro wedding in a private Hill Country barn setting. Mimi’s Private Barn offers two flexible time blocks so you can choose a morning or evening celebration that fits your style and budget. Both options include tables, chairs, tablecloths, and an Event Assistant to help your day run smoothly.

Morning Micro Wedding (Brunch Block)

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Up to 50 guests
$1,595 (Book before 12/30/25 and receive $100 OFF)

Perfect for brunch weddings, lighter daytime celebrations, and couples who prefer an earlier timeline.

Evening Micro Wedding (Sunset Block)

4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Up to 50 guests

Ideal for golden-hour ceremonies, twinkle lights, and cozy barn receptions into the evening.

What’s Included (Both Packages)

  • 5 hours of access to Mimi’s Private Barn and outdoor grounds
  • Indoor or outdoor ceremony space (your choice, weather permitting)
  • Cabin access for pre-ceremony getting ready
  • Ceremony chairs for up to 50 guests
  • Reception tables and chairs for up to 50 guests
  • Tablecloths for guest tables
  • 1 on-site Event Assistant (EA) during your event
  • Climate-controlled barn (A/C and heat)
  • On-site parking inside the property

Time, Setup & Breakdown

Your 5-hour block is a continuous rental and includes setup and breakdown. Setup can take up to 1 hour and breakdown up to 1 hour, and both must be completed within your 5-hour time frame.

Need more time for photos or a longer reception? Additional hours may be added for $250 per hour, subject to availability.

Damage Security Deposit

A $500 refundable damage security deposit is required for all micro wedding bookings at Mimi’s Private Barn. The deposit is collected separately from your rental total and is due 4 business days before your event date. It may be used toward overtime or any damage/guideline violations and is refunded after inspection according to our standard policies.

Optional Free Add-On

When you book your micro wedding package on-site at Mimi’s Private Barn, you may add an optional FREE officiant service (subject to availability). This is a simple way to have a heartfelt ceremony without booking an additional vendor.

Custom Add-Ons

Customize your micro wedding with services and rentals from Mimi’s Party Palace, including:

  • Day-of coordination upgrades and additional event assistants
  • Bartender service and bar packages (alcohol not included)
  • Linens, napkins, runners, and specialty linens
  • Ceremony arches, backdrops, and décor
  • Centerpieces, lanterns, and specialty tables
  • Photobooth, tents, heaters, lawn games, and more

How to Reserve

Securing your date at Mimi’s Private Barn is simple:

  1. Select Your Date: Choose your desired date on the calendar.
  2. Choose Your Block: Select either the Morning (9 AM – 2 PM) or Evening (4 PM – 9 PM) time slot.
  3. Add to Cart: Proceed to checkout to lock in your reservation.

Note: The refundable security deposit will be collected 4 days prior to the event.
