Option #1: Basic Package (Up to 60 Guests) – $2,649

  2. Pick Your Package: Decide if the Basic or Complete package fits your event vision best.
  3. Choose Your Dates: Use the calendar to select your event day for pickup and drop-off (setup and teardown).
  4. Reserve: Add to cart and complete the checkout process to secure the barn for your big celebration!

  • Capacity: Optimized for groups up to 60 guests
  • Climate Control: Fully equipped with heating and air conditioning
  • Time Allowance: Up to 10 hours of venue access included
  • Music Policy: Strict cutoff time for music is 11:55 PM
  • Alcohol Policy: MPP certified bartender required for any events serving alcohol
  • Security Deposit: $300 refundable deposit (returned within 5-7 business days if guidelines are followed)
  • Location Access: Includes access to the barn, outdoor areas, game zone, and circle drive
