Package 1 allows for a la carte additions. – Alcohol service requires an MPP bartender ($299 for 5 hours). – An additional $300 damage security deposit is collected 3-4 business days prior to the event date and is refundable within 5-7 business days if no violations or damage occur.**Optional Add-Ons:**Catering- 2 options to chose from:

Yes. – Can we bring our own cake? Yes. – Can we use both outdoor and indoor spaces? Absolutely. – Can the caterer grill outside? Yes, with insurance. – Is decor included in the basic package? No, to accommodate different preferences and budgets. – Can we bring our own bartender? No, we encourage using our services for rentals and bartenders.**Don’ts:** – No smoking, drugs, or pets. – No cigarette butts. – No drilling, hammering, nails, screws. – No tape, pins, or wall attachments. – No clogging the toilet. – No music after 11:55 pm.
