Private Event Space

A private property surrounded by nature—with plenty of room for you and your guests to celebrate. Enjoy a climate-controlled indoor space plus flexible outdoor areas, ample on-site parking, and multiple restrooms.

Pricing Note: The package prices below apply to non-wedding social events. For weddings, quinceañeras (XV), and Sweet 16s, please request a custom proposal. Packages are priced for up to 60 guests; if your guest count is higher, please inquire for pricing.

Book on-site with a 50% deposit—get $200 OFF.

Option 2 — Complete Package (up to 60 guests) — $2,799

  • Event space for up to 10 hours

  • Tables & chairs

  • Tablecloths for guest tables (polyester, several colors to choose from)

  • 3 rectangular tables with covers (includes 2 black covers)

  • 2 Event Assistants

  • Tableware: dinner plate, water goblet, flatware, charger plate, napkin

  • Centerpieces (several options to choose from: wooden lantern, 3 set cylinders with flameless candles, or floating candles )

  • Simple drink station (water, sweet tea, or lemonade for dinner)

  • Cake table with tablecloth


Option 3 — We Got You Covered (up to 60 guests) — $4,097.44

(Just bring the guests, cake, and food.)

  • Everything in Option 2, plus:

    • Balloon décor with 3 arches

    • 3 cocktail tables with black spandex covers

    • Catering serverware bundle (chafers & serving tools)

    • 1 cooler for drinks

    • Fancy beverage station

    • Bouncy house

    • Popcorn machine with popcorn

    • Games (3)

    • 1 small Bluetooth speaker


Things to Know

Event End Times & Extensions

  • Standard package pricing covers events ending by 10:00 PM.

  • Extend to 11:00 PM: +$150

  • Extend to 12:00 AM: +$200

  • Extend to 1:00 AM: +$300

  • Extend to 2:00 AM: +$300

  • Music must stop by 11:45 PM.

Rentals & Services

  • All rentals are booked separately through Mimi’s Party Palace.

  • No substitutions in Packages 2 or 3; customize by booking Package 1 and adding à-la-carte rentals/services.

  • If serving alcohol, an MPP bartender is required.

Security Deposit

  • $400 refundable damage/security deposit. If the venue is left in the same condition and no guidelines are violated, the deposit is returned within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Catering – choose one:

    1. Combo fajitas plate (rice, beans, tortillas)

    2. Chicken, veggies, mashed potatoes
      Kids plates available$1,540

  • Cotton candy + popcorn + snow cone trio: $350

  • Dessert table: $350

  • Candy cart with balloon garland & dessert setup: $550 (client provides desserts/candy)
    – With items provided by MPP: $750

  • Photography package: $450 (raw photos; USB at end of service; up to 5 hrs)

  • Cake: provide an inspiration photo for a custom quote

  • Upgrade to gold Chiavari chairs: $150


FAQs

Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes—except bartender service and rentals, which must be booked through MPP.

Can we use both indoor and outdoor areas?
Yes. You’ll have access to the barn, outdoor space, game area, the circle across the barn, and the large parking area.

Can our caterer grill outside?
Yes, with proof of insurance.

Is décor included in the Basic Package?
No. Tastes and budgets vary, so décor is not included in Option 1. You can add décor à-la-carte or choose Options 2 or 3.


MPP PRIVATE BARN Rules

  • No smoking of any kind inside the barn or restrooms

  • No cigarette butts on the grounds

  • No drugs

  • No pets

  • No drilling, hammering, nails, or screws; remove all tape/pins after the event

  • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper

  • No music after 11:45 PM
