Description

Host a seamless outdoor event with our Basic Party Pack for 40 People, featuring a high-quality commercial-grade tent and essential event furniture. Perfect for corporate gatherings, weddings, and private celebrations, this package provides everything needed for a comfortable and elegant setup.

Package Includes:

20′ x 20′ Commercial-Grade Tent: Durable and weather-resistant, set up on grass for stability.
Table Options: Choose between (4) 60″ round tables or (4) 6′ rectangular tables (each seating 6-8 guests).
Seating: (40) white basic folding chairs.
Additional Tables: (2) 6ft rectangular tables for catering, gifts, or additional seating.

Delivery Fees: Based on distance and location. Please email us your event address and schedule for an accurate quote. We can deliver within an hour of our location.

Add-On Options:

Sidewalls: $99 per side, tents have 4 sides total and a custom entry space can be left open upon request (includes installation & breakdown)
Strand of Lights: $99 per strands, 100ft. (includes installation & breakdown)

Important Installation Note: If the tent will not be installed on grass, additional fees may apply for securing it with water barrels or other necessary equipment. Please inform us of the surface type in advance.
