Getting a price for your rental items is instant — browse our catalog, add what you need to your cart, and your total appears automatically. If you’re picking up and returning your items yourself at our Austin showroom, that’s it — your cart total is your final price. Client pickup and return is always free.
Prefer to have us deliver and pick up instead? Delivery is completely optional and priced separately, based on your address, your event date, and your delivery windows. Once your cart is ready, send us your details and we’ll follow up with a personalized Delivery & Pickup quote — usually within one business day.

How to Get an Instant Rental Quote in 5 Steps
Step 1
Browse & Select Your Items
- Visit our Rentals catalog and choose everything you need — chairs, tables, tents, linens, dance floors, margarita machines, and more. Click on any item to open it.
Step 2
Choose Your Event Date
- On the item page, select your Start Date — this is the date of your event.
Step 3
Set Your Return Date
- Select your End Date as the day after your event. All rentals are priced per day, and the day after your event is your standard return date.
Step 4
Enter Your Quantity & Add to Cart
- Enter how many of each item you need, then click Add to Cart. Repeat Steps 1–4 for every item on your list.
Step 5
Review Your Cart
- Click See Cart to review your full order — items, quantities, dates, and your instant rental total, all in one place.

Picking up and returning your rentals yourself is always free — it’s already included in your cart total. No quote needed, no extra step. Just complete checkout and choose your pickup time at our Austin showroom.
If you’d rather we handle delivery and pickup for you, that’s available as an optional add-on, priced separately based on your address, date, and time windows. Once your cart is ready, send us the following so we can put together your Delivery & Pickup quote:

Is the price in my cart my final price?
Yes — if you’re picking up and returning your rentals yourself at our Austin showroom, your cart total is your final price, with no added fees. If you’d like delivery instead, that’s an optional service quoted separately based on your address and schedule.
Is delivery required, or can I pick up my rentals myself?
Delivery is completely optional. Client pickup and return at our Austin showroom is available at no extra cost and is already included in your cart price. Add delivery only if you’d like us to handle it for you.
How long does it take to get a delivery quote?
Most delivery quotes are sent within one business day. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
What date should I use for the return date?
Set your End Date to the day after your event. All Mimi’s Party Palace rentals are priced per day, and next-day return is standard.
Can I get a quote without picking a delivery option yet?
Yes. Add your items and dates to the cart first — that gives you an instant rental total. You can request your delivery quote whenever you’re ready.
Do you deliver outside of Austin?
Yes, we deliver across the greater Austin metro area, including Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Kyle, Buda, and Hutto.
