Our private event space blends nature with modern amenities, offering a versatile indoor and outdoor venue for weddings, quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and other milestone celebrations. With spacious areas, elegant facilities, and customizable packages, we provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable events.

Venue Highlights:

  • Indoor space: Climate-controlled barn with heating and cooling.
  • Outdoor areas: Expansive grounds for guest enjoyment and activities.
  • Private Suites: Separate bridal and groom suites for added comfort.
  • On-Site Parking: Ample parking space for guests.

Choose from our two event packages:

Option #1: Basic Package (Up to 60 Guests) – $2,649
  • Chairs and tables
  • Tablecloths for guest tables and two catering tables
  • Three rectangular tables
  • One Event Assistant
  • Up to 10 hours of rental time
  • One cabin for the groom’s dressing room
  • One bridal suite for the bride
Option #2: Complete Package (Up to 60 Guests) – $2,799
  • Chairs and tables with tablecloths
  • Three rectangular catering tables with tablecloths
  • Two Event Assistants
  • Up to 10 hours of rental time
  • Tableware (dinner plate, water goblet, flatware, charger plate, napkin)
  • Centerpieces (various options available)
  • One backdrop
  • One fancy beverage station
  • Bridal suite and groom’s cabin

  • Capacity: Optimized for groups up to 60 guests
  • Climate Control: Fully equipped with heating and air conditioning
  • Time Allowance: Up to 10 hours of venue access included
  • Music Policy: Strict cutoff time for music is 11:55 PM
  • Alcohol Policy: MPP certified bartender required for any events serving alcohol
  • Security Deposit: $300 refundable deposit (returned within 5-7 business days if guidelines are followed)
  • Location Access: Includes access to the barn, outdoor areas, game zone, and circle drive
