Pricing & Setup Note: The listed price applies for standard grass installation. If you need the tent set up on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces, please inquire with us before booking, as additional fees and different anchoring methods will apply.

Seating Capacity Guide:

• Sit-Down Dinner: Seats up to 75 guests comfortably.
• Buffet-Style Dinner: Seats up to 90 guests with room for food stations.
• Cathedral (Row) Seating: Accommodates up to 112 guests for ceremonies or presentations.
• Cocktail-Style Event: Fits up to 180 guests for standing and mingling.

Enhance your tent setup by adding any of the following options to your rental:

• Tent Walls: $125 per side (includes installation and breakdown). The tent has 4 sides total, and we can leave an entrance space exactly as large as you need.
• Strands of Lights: $199 for 2 strands (limited to the tent’s perimeter) or $297 for 3 strands (suspended across the ceiling for full coverage). Strings are 100ft each, and the price includes professional installation and breakdown.
• Chandeliers: Available upon request for a luxurious, high-end touch.
• Tent Fans: Keep your guests cool and comfortable during warm summer weather.
• Electric Heaters: Ensure safe, reliable warmth for chilly evening events.
