A wedding without someone calling the shots on the day-of is a wedding waiting to fall apart. The Basic WDOC package places a professional coordinator on-site for up to 10 hours—from the moment setup begins to the last guest out the door—so every vendor cue, every timeline shift, and every moving piece is managed by someone other than you or your family.

What’s Included

• Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day
• 1 in-person planning meeting 2 weeks before your event at our Leander office
• Pre-event preparation time outside of the meeting
• Coordination team (full team size quoted separately—contact us before booking)

Important Details

• Your coordinator must be present from the very start to the very end of your event—no partial-day coverage
• Additional hours beyond 10 are billed separately
• Travel fee applies for events outside Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, or more than 30 miles from our Leander location
• Contact us before booking to receive a quote for the full team—the coordinator alone is not recommended for larger events
