  • Bartending Staff for Your EventEnsure your guests are served with our friendly Bartender Service (Service-Only) from Mimi’s Party Palace. This option is ideal for corporate hosts, wedding planners, and private parties that already have their alcohol and supplies but need a skilled professional to pour and serve.Our team consists of TABC-certified professionals who arrive prepared to manage the bar area you have set up. This service also includes $2M liquor liability insurance, making it a great choice for private parties, weddings, company mixers, and venue-based events that require insured vendors.Is this the right fit for you? This Service-Only option is strictly for staffing. You provide everything needed for bar service and we show up ready to do our job. You, the client, are responsible for providing all alcohol, mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, coolers, and the physical bar setup.After booking, we will ask you to complete a bartender questionnaire so we know what setup, tools, and service details to prepare for ahead of your event.If you are looking for a more all-inclusive experience where we bring the supplies as well, we recommend checking out our Duke Bar Package (Tier 1) or our Tier 2 and Tier 3 bar options.Travel Note Travel up to 25 miles from Mimi’s Party Palace is included. Events beyond that distance may have an added travel fee. Please request a quote before booking if your event is over 25 miles from our main location.What Is Included
    • Professional Staff: 1 TABC-certified bartender
    • Flexible Service Time: Available for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3.5 hours, or any custom amount of time up to 4 hours
    • Setup & Breakdown: Staff arrives 30 minutes early for coordination and stays to break down the bar area at the end of service
    • Insurance: Full $2M liquor liability coverage
    Coverage Guidelines We typically recommend 1 bartender for up to 75 guests, depending on your drink menu. For the smoothest service with one bartender, we suggest keeping the menu short and sweet — for example, beer, wine, and 2 cocktails. Cocktail-heavy menus or larger guest counts may require additional bartending staff. Please contact us to make sure your event is properly staffed.Optional Add-Ons Customize your service with available extras, which must be selected during the booking process.
    • Margarita Machine: $199 (machine rental only)
    • Additional Bartender: $250
    • Late-Night Service: Standard service ends by or before 10:00 PM. Additional time is billed at $50 per hour, per bartender, subject to availability and requested in advance.
