Each setup is customized around your event theme, colors, atmosphere, and guest experience goals. From weddings and corporate events to HOA gatherings, graduations, movie nights, school functions, baby showers, and luxury private events, we help create beverage stations that feel intentional, polished, interactive, and memorable.Ideal for approximately 30–100 guests and up to 3 consecutive service hours.This service may include: • Custom beverage concept creation • Themed beverage styling & presentation • Decorative beverage dispensers • Styled tables and décor accents   (Vintage vanity, barrels with top) • Basic disposable cups for included beverages • Custom drink color coordination • Personalized drink labels/signage • Lemonade, aguas frescas, tea, or themed non-alcoholic beverage options • Ice service for included beverages • Beverage station setup & breakdownOptional Beverage Attendant Add-On: +$100Our Beverage Attendant helps: • Assist guests during service • Monitor beverage dispensers • Help reduce waste and overpouring • Keep the station stocked and organized • Maintain presentation throughout the event • Assist younger guests when needed • Help create a smoother overall guest experiencePlease Note: Clients who hire Wedding Day Coordination (WDOC) services and/or Event Assistants through Mimi’s Party Palace LLC typically do not need to add a separate Beverage Attendant. When our MPP team is already onsite, we commonly assist by serving beverages in pitchers at guest tables and helping maintain beverage service throughout the event as part of the overall guest experience and event flow support.Please Note: Delivery and pickup fees are not included.
