Simple Bar Service Package
The Duke Bar Package (Tier 1) is the perfect solution for hosts who want something easy, organized, and stress-free. This package is designed for corporate events, weddings, or private parties that want a straightforward bar service with a small drink list (2 cocktails max) plus beer and wine.It covers the basics while keeping things simple, efficient, and affordable. If you are looking for a more complex menu, please check out Tier 2 or Tier 3 packages.
What’s Included
- Service Duration: Up to 5 consecutive hours of bar service (ending no later than 10:00 PM).
- Capacity: Service for up to 100 guests.
- Staffing: 1 professional bartender.
- Setup & Teardown: Bartender arrives 30 minutes prior to start time. Includes bar teardown at the end of service (we pack all alcohol for client pickup).
- Equipment: 6-ft bar table with a black spandex skirt (provided at no additional charge if your venue does not have a bar) and all necessary bartending tools.
- Consumables: Ice provided for the duration of bar service.
- Mixers: Provided for the listed cocktails only.
- Disposable Cups: Generic 9 oz cups for wine and 12 oz cups for cocktails.
- Essentials: Straws included.
Cocktail Options (Choose Any Two)
This package includes mixers for
two of the following cocktails only. Cocktails requiring additional ingredients are not included in this basic package.

Alcohol Supply
You provide the alcohol. Alternatively, we can connect you with our
preferred vendor so your beer arrives cold, with FREE delivery when working with Mimi’s Party Palace LLC.
Water Service
- Included: 1 beverage dispenser with water (we provide the water) for self-service.
- Note: Cups are not included for the water station but may be added as an add-on.
Important Policies
- Gratuity: Not included in listed pricing.
- Minors: We do not serve minors. A parent must accompany minors—alcohol is never served to them. Please set up a separate non-alcoholic drink station for minors.
- Heads Up: We only book 2–3 events per day to keep service quality high. If your date is already full, we’ll refund you right away.

- Alternatively, we can sell sodas directly to guests at the bar.
- Water Cups: Cups specifically for the self-serve water station.
- Margarita Machine: $200 (One of our most popular add-ons).
- Additional Bartender: $250.
- Insurance Certificate: $75 (includes venue name).
- Travel Fee: Applies to events over 35 miles from our location.
Late-Night Service Add-On
Base pricing includes service ending no later than 10:00 PM. Late-night service must be requested in advance and is subject to staff availability.
- 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: $50 per additional hour (per bartender).
- After 12:00 AM: $75 per additional hour (per bartender).
