Add a fun, refreshing touch to your next corporate mixer, wedding, or backyard party with our Margarita Machine Rental. Whether you want frozen margaritas or non-alcoholic slushies, this machine is a crowd-pleaser that takes the stress out of bartending.

Our machine is easy to use and comes with everything you need to get the first batch started—except the alcohol. We take pride in our homemade margarita mix, which delivers a fresh, high-quality taste that beats store-bought mixes every time. Note: Flavors other than lime are not homemade.

What’s Included

• First Mix Included: Yields 50–75 cups (depending on flavor and alcohol strength).
• Supplies: 50 cups, frozen drink straws, and salt.
• Equipment: The frozen drink machine, a sturdy cart for placement, and a 25 ft. extension cord.
• Service: Delivery included within 25 miles of Leander, TX 78641.

Alcohol Requirements (Client Provided)

Alcohol is NOT included in the rental. To make a standard medium-strength batch of frozen margaritas, you will need to provide:

• 3 Liters of Tequila
• 1 Liter of Triple Sec

Planning Your Quantity

We recommend the following mix quantities based on your guest count:

• 0 – 50 Guests: 1 to 3 Mixes
• 50 – 100 Guests: 3 to 5 Mixes
• 100 – 150 Guests: 5 to 8 Mixes
• 150 – 200 Guests: 10 Mixes

Important Power Requirements

To ensure the machine freezes correctly, a dedicated electrical outlet is required. No other equipment (DJ booth, lights, heaters) may share this circuit. Please verify the outlet location (indoor vs. outdoor) prior to delivery.

Pickup & Delivery Fees

• Same Day Pickup (Before 9 PM): $35.00
• Late Pickup (9 PM – 11 PM): $45.00
• Late Pickup (11 PM – 12:30 AM): $55.00
• Late Pickup (12:30 AM – 1:30 AM): $65.00
• Distance: Delivery fees apply for locations outside our 25-mile standard radius (Leander, TX). No customer pickup available.
