Keep your guests warm and energized with our complete Hot Beverage Station. Whether you are hosting a winter wedding, a late-night corporate gala, or a cozy holiday party, this station is the perfect way to treat your guests to a comforting cup of coffee, tea, or rich hot cocoa.

This isn’t just a coffee pot on a table—it’s a full experience. We provide a beautiful vintage-style piece of furniture to set the stage, along with elegant real china mugs (choose from gold or silver rims) for a truly upscale feel. Your guests can choose from regular or decaf coffee, an assortment of teas, or indulgent Chocolate Abuelita hot cocoa. We include absolutely everything you need, from creamers and sugars to stirrers and thermal dispensers.

Important Service Details:

  • Staffing Requirement: This station requires an attendant to keep it stocked and tidy.
  • If you have already hired the WDOC and team for your event, they will manage this station at no extra cost!
  • If you have not hired our full team, a $99 attendant fee will be added to cover a dedicated staff member for 3 hours.

  • Includes: Vintage-style furniture piece, coffee thermals, hot liquid dispenser, and all necessary tools
  • Beverages: Regular Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Assorted Teas, Hot Water, and Chocolate Abuelita (Hot Cocoa)
  • Condiments: Creamer, Milk, Non-dairy creamer, White Sugar, and Sugar Substitute (Blue packs)
  • Drinkware: Real China Coffee Mugs (Please choose: Gold Rim or Silver Rim)
  • Staffing: Attendant required (Fee waived if WDOC team is hired; otherwise $99 for 3 hours)
