Care & Return Guidelines

We take pride in offering well-maintained trailers and expect the same care in return. Please follow these guidelines:

Return Condition

The trailer must be returned in the same condition it was rented out:

• Clean and free of mud, debris, food, trash, or spills
• Ramp, hinges, and sidewalls must be intact and undamaged
• No bent rails, broken welds, damaged wiring, or dented panels
• No dragging items that could scratch or gouge the floor
• Tires must return in the same condition (damage is renter’s responsibility)

Load Safety

• All loads must be properly secured (tie-down straps not included unless rented)
• Do not exceed weight limits
• No riding, sitting, or standing on the ramp or walls
• No modifications, drilling, or removal of any parts

Pickup & Inspection

• Trailer must be returned by the agreed-upon time
• A full inspection is performed at drop-off
• Your credit card hold is released after the trailer passes inspection

Fees

The following may apply if guidelines are not met:

• Cleaning fee for dirty returns
• Damage fees for dents, bent gates, tire damage, wiring issues, or misuse
• Replacement fees for lost straps, locks, pins, or accessories
