    Event Assistant Duties:

    •  Setup event decor

    •  Food setup if necessary

    • Throughout the event, they replenish non-alcoholic drinks

    •  keeping the place clear of excess clutter like plates, cups, and napkins.

    • Take out the trash throughout the event and to the dumpster.

    • Cake cutting service including distribution to guests

    • Pack up leftover food items and place in refrigerator & or kitchen  if available

    • Help with send-off item distribution (bubbles, sparklers etc)

    • Attend to guests needs

    • Breakdown

    • Packing of the clients decor and non-personal belongings.
