Damage Security Deposit
To finalize your rental, we require a damage security deposit starting at $60, separate from your rental payment.
Why a Damage Deposit?
The deposit ensures coverage for any damage, loss, or failure to follow rental guidelines. It’s a standard part of our rental process and helps us continue providing high-quality, well-maintained inventory for all our clients.
Due Date
The deposit must be received at least 4 business days before your rental date. If it is not received by the deadline, we may not be able to release your items.
Do Not Arrive Without Instructions
Pickup and drop-off instructions are sent only after we receive your deposit.
Please do not arrive until you have received these instructions from us.
We also require the name, phone number, and email of the person picking up the rental items.
How to Pay Your Damage Deposit
You have two easy options:
Option 1 – Keep a Card on File
Call us to provide your card details. A non-refundable $1.00 charge will be processed to securely store your card on file. The card will only be used if there are damages or violations of rental terms.
Please contact us first to receive an invoice before using this option.
Option 2 – Pay via Your Preferred App
No payment link is needed. Simply send your deposit through one of the following:
- Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal: 512-797-6873
- Venmo or Cash App
Refund Timeline
- Most deposits are refunded within 4 business days of item return (typically by Thursday night).
- For linen rentals, refunds can take up to 15 days to allow for full inspection and accounting.
Important Notes
- Only about 2 out of 100 rentals result in a lost deposit – most clients follow the guidelines with no issues!
